What is "qarachi"

Qarachi was the highest level of noble within Turkic khanates of the 14th through 16th centuries, such as Siberia Khanate and Kazan Khanate. The name could be applied to the member of the four extended families: Shirin (Şirin), Barghen (Barğın), Arghen (Arğın), Qepchaq (Qıpçaq).

Qarachi is a noble title in the Turkic khanates of the 14–16th centuries.

Qarachi or Qaraçı may also refer to:

• Qaraçı, the Azerbaijani name of the Garachi group of Romani people
• Qaraçı, Azerbaijan, a village in the Khachmaz Rayon of Azerbaijan
