Pruchnik
Pruchnik is a town in Jarosław County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Pruchnik. It lies approximately south-west of Jarosław and east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The town has a population of 3,519. Pruchnik gained town rights probably in 1370; the status of town was lost in 1935, and restored on 1 January 2011.
