Proletarul (1928)

Proletarul ('Proletarian') was a newspaper published in Romania between July 29, 1928 to May 1, 1935. It was the central organ of the Socialist Workers Party of Romania, later merged into the United Socialist Party. Ștefan Voitec was the editor of the newspaper.

Publication of Proletarul was suspended by the Romanian government in August 1935.

Proletarul (1892)

Proletarul ('Proletarian') was a socialist newspaper published from Botoşani, Kingdom of Romania. The newspaper began publishing on 1 March ( O.S.) (13 March (N.S.)), 1892. It was the organ of the Workers Club of Botoşani. It was managed by an editorial committee. Amongst the contributors to Proletarul were Dr. Panait Zosin and Henric Sanielevici. It was published twice montly, the typography was done as Goldşleger & Comp.
