Porpax is a genus of dragonflies in the family Libellulidae. The five species in the genus are all endemic to tropical Africa:

• Porpax sentipes Dijkstra, 2006

Porpax is also the scientific name of two genera of organisms and may refer to:

Porpax in Greek Mythology was a river god, a son of Oceanus and Tethys.
