Poniszowice (formerly German Ponischowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rudziniec, within Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately north-east of Rudziniec, north-west of Gliwice, and north-west of the regional capital Katowice.
