Podilsk (, ), until May 2016 Kotovsk (, is a city in Odessa Oblast, Ukraine. Administratively, Podilsk is incorporated as a town of oblast significance. It also serves as the administrative center of Podilsk Raion, one of twenty-six districts of Odessa Oblast, though it is not a part of the district. Population: In 2001, population was 40,718 (2001).
