Pleuro is a village in northern Ivory Coast. It is in the sub-prefecture of Dikodougou, Dikodougou Department, Poro Region, Savanes District.
Pleuro was a commune until March 2012, when it became one of 1126 communes nationwide that were abolished.
Usage examples of "pleuro".
Nothing matters much to a squatter except pleuro, the scab, and a change of ministry, which would probably affect the tenure of his run.
One was tempted to pray that such pleuro might last for the season, save that the Commissioners were so costly, and the dear cattle were having an unusually sanguinary Bull Run.
Or else Providence sends the pleuro, and the big strong cattle slink away by themselves and stand under trees glaring savagely till death comes.
