Piʻilaniwahine
Piʻilaniwahine II (piʻilani = "ascent to heaven", wahine = " woman/ wife") was a Hawaiian High Chiefess. She was of very noble ancestry and is known to us today from the old chants. She lived in ancient Hawaii; her mother was Kekaikuʻihala I and her father was Kalanikaumakaowākea.
Piʻilaniwahine had two husbands herself. She married Ahu-a- ʻI; their child was Queen Lonomaʻaikanaka of Hawaiʻi.
Another Piʻilaniwahineʻs husband was called Moana (son of Keākealani Kāne). Their son was named Lono after one god.
It is unknown when Piʻilaniwahine died.
