Photo-epinasty
Photo-epinasty \Pho`to-ep"i*nas`ty\, n. [See Photo-, and
Epinastic.] (Bot.)
A disproportionately rapid growth of the upper surface of
dorsiventral organs, such as leaves, through the stimulus of
exposure to light.
