Phenothiazine

Phenothiazine abbreviated PTZ is an organic compound that has the formula S(CH)NH and is related to the thiazine-class of heterocyclic compounds.

Derivatives of phenothiazine discovered in the 1940s revolutionized the field of psychiatry and allergy treatment.
