Tapoa tafa \Ta*po"a ta"fa\ (Zo["o]l.) A small carnivorous marsupial ( Phascogale penicillata) having long, soft fur, and a very long tail with a tuft of long hairs at the end; -- called also brush-tailed phascogale.
