The pet sitting industry provides pet owners an alternative option to look after their pets while being away from home, or short term when owners travel with pets. As many people treat their pets with very high affection, an increasing number of people are observed to hire trained and certified pet sitters from pet-sitting services, some of them are covered by insurance protection and emergency support. The pet sitting industry is growing at high pace with increase in pet industry market value from $17 billion in 1994 to an estimated $58.51 billion in 2014 in the U.S.
