Panikoili is a city in Jajapur district of Odisha state of eastern India.
It lies at the crossing of National Highway 5 and National Highway 215. The closest significant town is Jajpur Keonjhar Road, about 10 km, now known as Byasanagar.It lies on the center of Jajapur district.
