Paczkowski (with its female form Paczkowska ) is a Polish surname which most frequently can be found in the north west central voivodeships of Greater Poland and Kuyavian-Pomeranian and is also present in the Polish diaspora. It was first recorded in 1461 and is of toponymic origin, deriving either from Paczkowo or Paczków, the names of several small settlements in north central and south western Poland respectively.
