What is "p-star"

Priscilla Star Diaz (born June 13, 1994), better known by her stage name P-Star, is an American rapper, dancer, model, singer, actress and music video director. Diaz is best known for her role as Jessica Ruiz in the 2009 version of The Electric Company and as the focus of the PBS Independent Lens documentary P-Star Rising. Diaz was also a former beauty pageant contestant, who won eight pageant titles during her stint as a beauty queen.
