OurCrowd is an equity crowdfunding platform, built for accredited investors to provide venture capital funding for early-stage startups. OurCrowd was founded by serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist and angel investor Jonathan Medved with Steven Blumgart, previously of Glencore International. The company officially launched in February 2013. The company is based in Jerusalem, Israel with overseas branches in San Diego, CA; New York, NY; and Sydney, Australia.
