Otap (sometimes spelled utap) is an oval-shaped puff pastry in the Philippines, especially common in Cebu where it originated. It usually consists of a combination of flour, shortening, coconut, and sugar. In order to achieve the texture of the pastry, it must undergo a two-stage baking process.

Otap (or Otap'i) is a village and municipality in Ochamchira District, Abkhazia, a disputed part of Georgia. The village lies on the Otap River. Otap is noted for its karst cave, Abrskil Cave, which is a tourist attraction in the area.
