Ortovero is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about southwest of Genoa and about southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,231 and an area of .
The municipality of Ortovero contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campi and Pogli.
Ortovero borders the following municipalities: Albenga, Arnasco, Casanova Lerrone, Onzo, Vendone, and Villanova d'Albenga.
