OpenGTS is a web-based, open source GPS tracking services framework for fleets by GeoTelematic Solutions, Inc.

OpenGTS is implemented in Java and requires an SQL database server such as MySQL as a backend. It supports the data collection and storage of GPS tracking and telemetry data from remote devices. It is licensed under the Apache Software License, version 2. The current version as of 2015/09/24 is 2.6.0.
