Okalice

Okalice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cewice, within Lębork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately north-east of Cewice, south-east of Lębork, and west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. At the end of World War II 62 inhabitants of the village committed suicide. The region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
