Obmutescence

Obmutescence \Ob`mu*tes"cence\ ([o^]b`m[-u]*t[e^]s"sens), n. [L. obmutescens, p. pr of obmutescere to become dumb; ob (see Ob-) + mutescere to grow dumb, fr. mutus dumb.]
