Prof. Dr (hc). Mr. Drs. Raden Mas Tumenggung Sukamto Notonagoro (10 December 1905 – 23 September 1981) was an Indonesian legal scholar and thinker. He is credited as being the first to approach the state philosophy of Pancasila philosophically.
