Nokdim , lit. Shepherds) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, organized as a communal settlement, located south of Bethlehem in the northern Judean Mountains. The mixed community of religious and secular Jews, both native Israelis and immigrants with a population of 1,757 (2015) is within the municipal jurisdiction of the Gush Etzion Regional Council.
The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.
Nokdim is home to the religious pre-army Mechina Magen Shaul, established in 1996.
