Niebędzino is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska, within Lębork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately west of Nowa Wieś Lęborska, west of Lębork, and west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
