What is "nettoor"

Nettoor (also spelled as Nettur aka Tirunettur) is a suburb of the city of Kochi. It is located on Panangad Island and is a part of Maradu Municipality.

Tirunettur Railway Station on Kochi- Alappuzha railway line is situated on the northern end of Nettoor. As well as both NH 47 and NH 47A passes through Nettoor.
