NetQoS Inc. provides network management software and services, including applications for performance management and response time analysis. "QoS" refers to " quality of service." NetQoS Ranked Number 184 Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte’s 2007 Technology Fast 500. Deloitte also ranked NetQoS as the fastest growing company in the infrastructure/network/ performance management category for the second consecutive year, growing 43.9 percent in 2006. Forrester Research has labeled NetQoS as a pioneer in the appliance-based monitoring market.

The company was founded in 1999 and financially backed by Liberty Partners. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, NetQoS has R&D centers in Austin and Raleigh, North Carolina, and regional sales offices in London and Singapore. Representative customers include Chevron Corporation, Lockheed Martin, American Express, Siemens AG, Deutsche Telekom, NASA, and Barclays Global Investors. In 2005 & 2006 the company was included in the Inc. 500 list of the country’s fastest growing private companies.

NetQoS was acquired in November, 2009 by CA Technologies for $200 million.
