NeoVertika is a recently constructed skyscraper in Miami, Florida. Built in 2006, it was part of the recent building boom in Miami's downtown area, and is located in the Brickell district, south of the main Central Business District. It is located on the corner of Southwest 1st Court and 7th Street. The building is a residential condominium project, and reaches a height of 370 feet (123 m) with 36 floors. The building is one of the few new buildings in the western section of Miami's downtown, as the vast majority since 2000 have been built closer to Brickell Avenue to the east. The building is very close to Interstate 95 and Miami's Brickell Metro Station. It is located on the Miami River, next to the other new construction high-rise, Latitude. This was built shortly after Neo Vertika.
Neo is also currently finishing construction on its newest high-rise, the Wind by Neo. This is going to be part of a three-building complex with parks, restaurants, shops, tennis courts and more. The Wind by Neo is currently in its last stage of construction and already is occupied about 15%.
