Neelakantapuram is a village and panchayat in Kurupam mandal of Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh, India.
There is a primary health centre and a Police station in the village. Neelakantapuram is situated 40 km from Parvatipuram and 18 km from Kurupam mandal. The majority of inhabitants belong to scheduled tribes and their occupation is agriculture.
