Nawada is a city and a municipality in Bihar, India. It is also the headquarters of the Nawada district. It is the headquarters of the subdivision of the same name, lying on both sides of the Khuri River at 24º 53’ N and 85º 33’ E. The name evolved from Nau-abad, meaning the new town.
Nawada Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 40 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Bihar state in eastern India.
Nawada is a village situated in the Puwarka Mandal of Saharanpur District in Uttar Pradesh State. The village is about 28.03 kilometres from the Mandal headquarters at Punwarka, and is located 497 kilometres from the state capital in Lucknow. Most of the population belong to the Jat community.
