Muscarin

Muscarin \Mus*ca"rin\, n. (Physiol. Chem.) A solid crystalline substance, C5H13NO2, found in the toadstool ( Agaricus muscarius), and in putrid fish. It is a typical ptomaine, and a violent poison.
