Musafir (translation: Traveller) is a 2004 Hindi thriller film, directed and produced by Sanjay Gupta starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Pancholi, Sameera Reddy and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles and introducing Koena Mitra. The film was controversial because of some sensual scenes, including kissing, between Kapoor and Reddy. The film has been described as "a take-off on" Oliver Stone's 1997 thriller, U Turn. At the box office the film opened to almost near housefull collections of 80%-100percent all over India but witnessed a steep fall by the end of its first week of release and was eventually given an average verdict at the box office due to its high production costs settling as the eighth highest grossing Hindi film of the year.
Musafir is a 1957 Hindi movie, written by Ritwik Ghatak and Hrishikesh Mukherjee, and directed by the latter in a directorial debut. The film is about a house and the lives of three families who live in it, so in essence it is three stories linked by the house. The movie is Hrishikesh's directorial debut. The film stars Dilip Kumar, Kishore Kumar, Keshto Mukherjee, Suchitra Sen and Nirupa Roy. The music is by Salil Chowdhury.

Musafir is a 2013 Malayalam film directed by Pramod Pappan starring Rahman, Mamta Mohandas and Bala. The film was shot in Cyprus, Dubai and London.
Shooting of this movie was completed on 2010 and it was released on 10 May 2013. Like other films directed by Pramod Pappan, the film was a box office bomb.
Musafir ( Hindi: मुसाफ़िर, مسافر) is an Indian rock band from Delhi. The name of the band, Musafir, means "traveler" in Hindi. Its members include Ashutosh Jain, Rakesh Mandal and Kundan Messey. Being named one of the top five Hindi bands of India, Musafir is becoming a popular band in South Asia.
Hailing from New-Delhi India, Musafir-the-band streamlines the contemporary Hindi pop and folk sound, adding an arena-rock sincerity that’s well consented by its fans as ‘Indian-Pop-Rock’. The band’s youthful attitude and emotive style, personified by front man Ashutosh’s dulcet vocals, and steady strings of radio-friendly rocks and manly ballads give Musafir’s music a presence, relished by the listeners of diverse genres.
The group came together in the 2006. Lead singer Ashutosh Jain returning from Fame Gurkul – 2, set up a Music studio, joined by Rakesh Mandal and Kundan Messey, the experts who also had immense industry experience, just like Ashutosh. Amazed by the output, they decided to take music-business forward and created a live band line-up. The band completed when joined Arjun Desai on Guitars and Ravi Singh on Drums.
Playing live since 3 years and performed nearly 200 shows, Musafir is also known for on-stage skills and Sensational Live acts. Their brand of fresh rock sound blends to create an experience, which is being hailed by many as the Next BIG THING in the Indian music scene.
Musafir is led by Fame gurukul part 2 (Fame X) fame Ashutosh, who has learned the tricks of the trade from the industrial big shots like Palash Sen, Daler Mehndi, Soumya Rao and Ganesh Hegde.

Ashutosh, on his energy level while performing:
”I’d do anything. I’d damn run across the audience in the stadium, to fix the microphone on the mouth of last man in the last row, to sing along with me. I’ve climbed lighting gears, I’ve jumped from the 8-10 ft elevated stages, I’ve laid down my guitar and picked a Dhol, singing for 4 hrs continuously nearly kills you, that’s crazy, but that’s what I like, bringing smile on their faces.”
'Musafir ' is a 1940 social Bollywood film directed by Chaturbhuj Doshi. Produced by Ranjit Studios, the music was by Gyan Dutt and starred Noor Mohammed Charlie, Khursheed, Ishwarlal and Yakub.
The story was about a prince (Charlie) who returns to his kingdom and finds it in a mess due to the evil-doers conspiracies to take over. The film was given a good review by the editor of Filmindia, Baburao Patel, adding, "For sheer entertainment Musafir is hard to beat".
Musafir (English: The Traveler) is an 2016 Bangladeshi action-thriller film written and directed by Ashiqur Rahman. The film stars Arifin Shuvoo, Misha Sawdagor, Robiul Islam, Shimul Khan, Marjan Jenifa, Prosun Azad and Cindy Rolling. Shuvoo plays an intelligence double agent, and a trained assassin of Special Service Branch (SSB) who is placed as a mole in target organization. The plot builds up around SSB's rescue operation of Zara, who has possession of many classified information wanted by Bangladesh's external enemies. Jenifa plays the role of Zara Mehjabin, a surveillance agent of SSB, suddenly disappeared with many classified documents of the agency. The plot takes an interesting turn when the target agency sends Shuvo to abduct Zara, not knowing that he is actually a SSB agent in disguise.
The film is produced by Jobaer Alam under the banner of Perceptual Pictures and distributed by Tiger Media Limited. Musafir is the second collaboration between Ashiqur Rahman and Arifin Shuvo after initial success of 2014 action film Kistimaat. The film was released on 22 April 2016 and received overwhelming response at box office and from audiences.
