Muitalægje
Muitalægje was the first Sámi newspaper, published in the Norwegian town of Vadsø. Its full name was Muittalægje čuvgetusa haliduvvidi sami gaskast (Tales for Sámi hungry for education/culture). It was published for the first time in 1873 and the last time in 1875 by the Norwegian police chief of Polmak, Christian Andreasen, who also wrote the majority of its articles.
