Morning-glory \Morn"ing-glo`ry\, n. (Bot.) A climbing plant ( Ipom[oe]a purpurea) having handsome, funnel-shaped flowers, usually red, pink, purple, white, or variegated, sometimes pale blue. See Dextrorsal.
