What is "moritat"

Moritat (born 1971 as Justin Norman in Redondo Beach, California) is an American comic book creator, best known for his work on The Spirit, Elephantmen, and DC's All Star Western.

Moritat was recently announced as the artist for DC's relaunch of Hellblazer as part of their "Rebirth" relaunch of their popular characters and titles.
