Montegiorgio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Fermo in the Italian region Marche, located about south of Ancona and about north of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,648 and an area of .
Montegiorgio borders the following municipalities: Belmonte Piceno, Falerone, Fermo, Francavilla d'Ete, Magliano di Tenna, Massa Fermana, Montappone, Monte San Pietrangeli, Monte Vidon Corrado, Rapagnano.
The composer, Domenico Alaleona (1881–1900) was from the comune.
