Mitsuku is a Chatterbot created from AIML technology by Steve Worswick. Mitsuku won the 2013 Loebner Prize. Mitsuku is available as a flash game on Mousebreaker Games as well as on skype and on Kik Messenger under the username "Pandorabots."
