Wikipedia Mimachlamys Mimachlamys is a genus of scallops, marine bivalve molluscs in the taxonomic family Pectinidae. There are at least 11 living species, including the glory scallop Mimachlamys gloriosa, and the doughboy Mimachlamys asperrima.
