Meridional \Me*rid"i*o*nal\, a. [F. m['e]ridional, L. meridionalis, fr. meridies midday. See Meridian.]

  1. Of or pertaining to the meridian.

  2. Having a southern aspect; southern; southerly.

    Offices that require heat . . . should be meridional.
