What is "mansehra"

Mansehra ( Urdu: ) is a town located in Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.

The name of the city is derived from that of its founder, Sardar Maha Singh Mirpuri, who was a Sikh administrator and general in the Sikh Khalsa Army,during the rule of the Khalsa Empire of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Mansehra (Rural) is a Union Council (an administrative subdivision) of Mansehra District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located in the south of the district and to the southeast of the district capital, Mansehra.
