Manakau is a settlement in the south of the Manawatu-Wanganui Region, between Levin and Otaki, in New Zealand.

Manakau is a mountain peak in the Marlborough region of New Zealand's South Island. At 2,608 metres, it is the highest peak of the Seaward Kaikoura Range.
