Malšice is a market town ( městys) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of , and has a population of 1,747 (as at 28 August 2006).
Malšice lies approximately south-west of Tábor, north of České Budějovice, and south of Prague.
