Maglaj is a town and municipality in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Maglaj is one of 12 municipalities of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. The city lies south of Doboj, the regional trade, education, culture, entertainment, and business centre. The city has a population of 25,000. The whole municipality has a population of 43,000.
