Macerating
Macerate \Mac"er*ate\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Macerated; p. pr. & vb. n. Macerating.] [L. maceratus, p. p. of macerare to make soft, weaken, enervate; cf. Gr. ? to knead.]
To make lean; to cause to waste away. [Obs. or R.]
