Llanddeiniolen
Llanddeiniolen is a community in the county of Gwynedd, Wales, and is 124.4 miles (200.2km) from Cardiff and 206.0 miles (331.5km) from London. The community also includes the village of Rhiwlas. In 2011 the population of Llanddeiniolen was 4870 with 76.2% of them able to speak Welsh.
The Welsh wrestler and harpist Marged ferch Ifan was buried here in 1783.
Castell Llanddeiniolen motte and baile lies nearby. the name comes from St Deiniol (fl. 550?), a Welsh saint.
