Wikipedia Liubotyn Liubotyn (, , translit. Lyubotin) is a city in Kharkiv Oblast ( province) of eastern Ukraine. It is designated as a separate raion (district), as a city of oblast subordinance. The current estimated population is around 24,173 (as of 2001).
