n. 1 One who drives quickly or without subtlety, one who often engages in and/or is fond of slamming and flooring the accelerator often. 2 A driver that does not compensate the throttle position of his vehicle for road conditions or terrain, invariable slowing down while going uphill (irritating other drivers), and speeding up while going downhill (preventing other drivers from passing), as if his foot were "made of lead," thereby "preventing him from adjusting the throttle's position."

Leadfoot is a stoner rock band founded in 1995 at Raleigh, North Carolina by vocalist Karl Agell and bassist Phil Swisher, both former members of the sludge metal band Corrosion of Conformity. They were called Loose Cannons at first but learned that another band had had that name.The band has been through a few line-up changes, but this latest line-up consist of the best of the old and new Leadfoot. The latest is the band is doing a few local shows while recording their 4th full-length album.

Leadfoot is a computer video game by the now defunct Ratbag Games 1. It is a spin-off of the dirt track racing series by Ratbag, which includes Dirt Track Racing (DTR), Dirt Track Racing: Sprint Cars (DTRSC), and Dirt Track Racing 2 (DTR2). It is a racing game simulation reproducing the sport of stadium off-road racing. Pick-up trucks and buggies race around dirt tracks built inside stadiums - Supercross on four wheels. The tracks are short and tight, and are packed with jumps and other stunt features. The result is tight, close racing with plenty of fender banging.

Leadfoot is the name of several fictional characters from the Transformers franchise. First introduced in 1994, all the characters named Leadfoot have been heroic Autobots who turn into cars.
