Langscheid is a municipality in the district of Mayen-Koblenz in Rhineland-Palatinate, western Germany.

The German hamlet of Langscheid is a part of the city of Sundern in the Sauerland in the district Hochsauerlandkreis in the German federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The climatic spa is situated on the hills to the West of the Sorpe reservoir's dam. Its earliest record dates back to the year 1307 AD.
