Lambrecht (Verbandsgemeinde)
Lambrecht is a Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Bad Dürkheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The seat of the Verbandsgemeinde is in Lambrecht.

Lambrecht
Lambrecht is a Germanic given name originally meaning "famous in his land" (literally: "land-bright").1 It became popular due to Saint Lambrecht of Maastricht (c.636 - c.700). Until after the Middle Ages it was more common in the Low countries than the Latinized equivalent name Lambert (us).
