L'Aventure, or Stephan Vineyards, is a California wine estate producing signature red wine blends utilizing what are traditionally Bordeaux and Rhône grape varietals. The winery is located southwest of Paso Robles, California, along the Pacific Coast in the Santa Lucia Mountain range.
