Kvithammer
Kvithammer or Kvithamar is a village in the Skatval area of the municipality of Stjørdal in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the western part of the municipality, about northwest of the municipal center of Stjørdalshalsen. The village has a population (2013) of 216. Kvithammar is mainly known for the Bioforsk Grassland and Landscape Division which is an agricultural research station in the area. It is located on the Skatval peninsula, about south of the Forbordsfjellet mountain.
